Custom Treasures Refund/Exchange Policy

At Custom Treasures, we diligently strive to depict and describe our items as accurately as possible.  However, if upon receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund or store credit toward another purchase, subject to the following conditions :  returned items must be received by Custom Treasures within 14 days of purchase (28 days for customers outside the United States); returned items must be undamaged and unaltered, and accompanied by the purchase receipt; return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We regret that items we hand craft according to customer specifications may not be returned for refund or exchange.  However, if we in some way failed to meet your specification, you are welcome to return your purchase for correction or adjustment.  Please include detailed instructions or comments.

Custom Treasures warrants all merchandise to be free of manufacturing defect or error.  Please inspect your purchase carefully upon receipt.  Custom treasures is not responsible for wear and tear, loss, or damage to merchandise once received by the customer.

Custom Treasures packs your purchase carefully to insure safe arrival.  However, merchandise is occasionally damaged in transit by the shipping carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS etc.).  Such damage is the responsibility of the carrier.  Please notify Custom Treasures and the shipping carrier immediately if your purchase is damaged in transit.
