Amazonite is a variety of potassium feldspar noted for its vivid green and blue color. Prized by ancient Egyptians, an Amazonite scarab ring was found in King Tut’s tomb. This particular piece was mined near Pike’s Peak, Colorado, USA, and features beautiful diagonal striations.
