$249.00
PINK SAPPHIRE TRILLION “SLIDE” PENDANT IN 14k YELLOW GOLD SETTING WITH DIAMOND ACCENTS
Sapphire is one of the two gem varieties of corundum, the other being ruby. Sapphires in colors other than blue are called “fancy” sapphires. Fancy sapphires are found in yellow, orange, green, brown, purple, violet, and practically any other hue. Pink sapphires were considered exceptionally rare since they were only found in a few locations around the world, including Sri Lanka, Myanmar, and East Africa. However, natural pink sapphires are more available since new deposits were discovered in Madagascar in the late 1990s. Metaphysically, pink sapphires are associated with wealth, wisdom, and spiritual growth.
